Mt Acadia is a small mixed use project in the Clairemont area of San Diego situated on an old grocery store infill site in an older neighborhood with few other facilities nearby.  It is planned and approved as a 99 bed Assisted Living/Memory Care facility with a small commercial component.  This project is currently in progress and is planned as a LEED Gold Facility.

  •  99 Bed Residential Care Facility (65 Assisted, 34 Memory Care)
  •  60,000 sf, two story, type 5 building
  •  4,440 sf one story commercial building with 4 bays

Hilo Senior Care, Hilo HI

Hilo Seniors is a mixed use project in the Hilo area of the Big Island Hawaii.  It is situated on an old horticultural site located at the edge of the commercial district on Highway 11 a mile south of the airport.   It is planned as a 90 bed Assisted Living/Memory Care facility with a 40 bed phase 2 expansion capability and a 14,000 sf commercial component.  

  • 90 Bed Residential Care Facility (with a phase 2 option of an additional 40 beds)
  • 65,000 sf, two story, type 5 building
  • 13,500 sf three story commercial building with 8 bays/floor
  • 7.29-acre site
